Subject to the provisions of Right to Information Act, 2005 under Article II (4) (b), the following information in Manuals 1 to 17 pertaining to IGRUA is provided for the general public:

| Manual - vii | Particulars of any arrangements that exist for consultation with or representation by the members of the public in relation to the formulation of its policy or implementation thereof |
| Manual - viii | Statement of the boards, council, committees and other bodies are open to the open to the public or the minutes of such meeting are accessible for public |
| Manual - ix | A directory of officers and its employees |
| Manual - x | Monthly remuneration received by each officers and employees including the system of compensation as provides in its regulation |
| Manual - xi | Budget allocated to each of its agency indicating the particulars of all plans proposed expenditures and reports in disbursement made |
